Tilly has had an upgrade, and she's live now in triSearch. Here's what's changed.
A new home Tilly now lives in the Ask Tilly tab on the right-hand side of your screen. She no longer covers parts of the page, and she's in the same spot across triSearch.
"Contact support" is now "Get support" When you need help, Tilly steps in first and invites you to try her before you raise a support request. This helps you get answers sooner and gives our support team more time for the trickier issues. You can still contact our support team directly using the Support tickets tab.
Chat history and new chat You can start a new chat whenever you like. Your previous chats are kept in one place, so you can look back at an earlier answer or pick up where you left off.
