Streamline your scheduling by using triConvey to invite clients and external parties to your important Calendar events.

triConvey Desktop App
1. Open a Matter and select Event from the Matter Action Bar.
2. Use the Parties drop-down menu to add contacts to the event.
Tip: Contacts without email addresses cannot be added to the event. To add them to the event, make sure they have an email address on their contact card.
4. Select Save.
Contacts selected in the Parties menu will receive an automatic reminder one day before the event in the Client Portal.
triConvey Companion Site Web App
1. Open a Matter and select the Events tab.
2. Select New Event.
3. Use the Parties drop-down menu to add contacts to the event.
Tip: Contacts without email addresses cannot be added to the event. To add them to the event, make sure they have an email address on their contact card.
5. Select Save.
Contacts selected in the Parties menu will receive an automatic reminder one day before the event in the Client Portal.
Recipient view in the Client Portal
All recipients can view the event from the Client Portal. They will be able to review:
- The status of the event.
- Date/Time.
- Location.
- A downloadable calendar file that can be applied to the calendar software of their choice.
