You can automatically save all invoices created in the triConvey Companion Site web app to your matters in the triConvey Desktop App.




1.    Select the gear icon from the top-right corner of the triConvey Desktop App.


2.    Select Time & Billing.


3.    Select the Billing Integrations tab.


4.    Tick Auto-save Billing related PDF documents to a Matter.

Tip:  This option is only available to Firm Owners.


4.    Select Save.


When you first save an invoice to a Matter, a folder will automatically be created under your documents section of the Matter named Billing.

Tip:  Users with access to the specific Matters will be able to access copies of the invoices.
