Getting Started
Messages is built into triConvey and you will find it across the top menu of the triConvey Home Dashboard, or across the Matter Action Bar in each Matter. You can also access Messages via the Communicate App on your phone.
Who can access Messages and the Client Portal
Third parties, such as your clients, can access the Client Portal in an internet browser or via the Communicate App on their phone. Internal staff can access Messages to communicate directly with clients via the Client Portal.
Using Messages for messaging and file sharing is the best practice for confidential, and secure communication with clients.
Using Messages and the Client Portal
You can:
- Send and receive internal direct messages in real time with other staff in your firm.
- Send and receive secure messages with your clients or third parties (agents etc).
- Send and receive secure files internally, to clients or to third parties (clients, agents etc).
Benefits
- The knowledge that you can send and receive sensitive information and documents with peace of mind.
- Receive notifications in real time in triConvey or on your phone when using the Communicate App.
- Once a conversation has started between yourself and a third party, all messages will continue to appear within that conversation.
- Easily locate any shared files in a separate tab, saving scrolling through loads of messages.
- Easily locate any messages without searching through numerous emails.
