Getting Started
Ensure you've connected triConvey to Zoom.
Make a call from triConvey
1. Select the phone number from any contact view in triConvey to start the call in Zoom.
Tip: The Click to call functionality relies on your PCs default setting for Tel protocol. Installing Zoom should set this for you automatically.
How Zoom calls are recorded in triConvey
Our integration ties directly into your triConvey account so all calls will be synced with triConvey. The automatic tracking will:
1. Log all in and outbound calls as Tasks in the Activity View of triConvey.
2. Map the phone number to the related contact in triConvey.
3. Assign the activity to the related matter in triConvey.
Handy Hints
- If a phone number is assigned to more than 1 contact in triConvey, the activity will not be auto-assigned to a contact.
- If a contact calls in that is assigned to multiple matters, the task will be logged under the most recently created matter.
- For both of the above scenarios, you are able to manually assign these after the fact.
