Getting Started

triConvey is built on Smokeball, so when you connect a third-party app you'll be asked to authorise Smokeball, even though you're setting it up from triConvey. 

What is RedCactus

Red Cactus is a connector between your phone system and various applications on your PC. Refer to the Red Cactus Marketplace pages below for compatible applications:

What can you do with the Bubble by Red Cactus integration

Once connected to Bubble by Red Cactus, incoming callers from your triConvey contacts will show options to open their contact card and related matters in the triConvey Companion Site Web App.
