Zapier is an application that delivers the power of automated tasks without requiring any experience or technical skill. You can use Zapier to direct triConvey to copy and paste information to any one of Zapier's 5000 other app integrations. It is a way of building workflows and accomplishing simple tasks.

Getting Started
As our triConvey software is powered by Smokeball, you can utilise all Smokeball integrations using your triConvey credentials.
Connect triConvey to Zapier
1. Log in to Zapier and navigate to App Connections.
2. Select Add connection.
3. Type Smokeball into the search field and select it from the results.
4. Select Add connection.
5. A new window will open to confirm your region.
6. Log in with your triConvey credentials.
Once you have connected your triConvey account username and password, Smokeball will be listed among the other apps you’ve connected to Zapier and you’ll be ready to create Zaps using triConvey triggers and actions.
Create a Zap with triggers
1. Select Create from the left menu on Zapier and then Zaps.
2. Click on the Trigger and select Smokeball from your top apps, or alternatively find it using the search bar.
3. Choose an event from the Trigger event drop-down menu. Then, select Continue.
4. Select Test trigger to verify that the connection between triConvey and Zapier is working.
5. Once you are ready to continue, select Continue with selected record.
6. Continue to create the rest of your Zap and publish it once done.
Create a Zap with triConvey Actions
1. Select Create from the left menu on Zapier, then select Zap.
2. Fill in the details for your Trigger event from the other app you are connecting to this Zap.
3. Click on the Action and select Smokeball from your top apps, or alternatively find it using the search bar.
4. Choose an event from the Action event drop-down menu. Then, select Continue.
5. A list of fields will appear, depending on the event you have chosen. Enter the relevant information, then test out your Zap.
