ConnectSmart PrintSmart Integration

PrintSmart is a service that helps your firm automate printing, copying, scanning and faxing documents. It supports a wide range of printer and multi-function vendors.  

By connecting PrintSmart to triConvey, you can manage printing expenses/disbursements, improve billing accuracy and gain visibility into costs to ultimately increase efficiency.

The integration includes integrated scanning for physical documents, which are then uploaded to your specified matter.

Getting Started

triConvey is built on Smokeball, so when you connect a third-party app you'll be asked to authorise Smokeball, even though you're setting it up from triConvey. 

A note on support scope 

triConvey integrates with this third-party solution but does not develop or manage it. Our support team can assist with issues related to the integration not functioning correctly within triConvey (e.g., it's not appearing or working as expected). Questions about the tool's functionality, features, or capabilities should be directed to ConnectSmart (https://connectsmart.cloud/).

Getting started with PrintSmart

To sign up for PrintSmart, get your IT partner or Print Service Provider to contact ConnectSmart and scope license setup and requirement for your printing environment. 

Once you have set up PrintSmart, log into the ConnectSmart Support portal to access guides on setting up the integration.

Once the activity codes have been set up in triConvey, they are ready to be selected in PrintSmart Agent's Reporting suite.
