Learn how to track all Billing correspondence sent to the client from the triConvey Companion Site Web App.
1. Open a Matter from the triConvey Companion Site Web App.
2. Select the Transactions tab and then select Client Communications from the left panel.
The Client Communications page tracks all Invoices, Invoice Reminders and Credit Card Trust Deposit Requests sent to the client via email, Messages or manual sending.
Clicking on an email item in the Client Communications list displays the corresponding email content sent to your client.
Note: The body of the email may not display on emails sent before 7 March 2024.
