There are two methods for sending an Email Campaign (mass email) with triConvey using the mail merge feature in Microsoft 365.

Getting Started
Sending a mail merge is best suited for a one-time email campaign. If you intend to send recurring email campaigns for marketing, then we strongly recommend using our integration with Campaign Monitor.
How to send a one-time email campaign
1. Open the triConvey Companion Site Web App.
2. Select Reports from the left menu and then select Client – Full List.
3. Filter clients by when their matters were created from the Date Opened From and Date Opened To drop-down menus.
4. Click on View Report to generate an up-to-date report.
5. Select the floppy disk icon above the report.
6. Select CSV (comma delimited).
Tip: This will download the report as a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet to your computer.
7. Follow the Microsoft mail merge instructions and use the downloaded spreadsheet as the mailing list.
