If you have a local scanner or a scanner that is plugged directly into your computer, you can scan documents directly to your triConvey matters.

triConvey does not support Multi-Function Centres or network-connected scanners. If you utilise an MFC or a network scanner where documents are emailed or sent to a shared drive, import Documents and Folders instead.

1.    Make sure a scanner is connected to your computer.  Learn how to install a scanner in Windows.

2.    Open your matter and select Scan from the Matter Action Bar.

3.    Select the scanner in the pop-up window.

4.    Select the source of the scan (if applicable to your scanner) and then select OK.

5.    Once the scan is finished, complete the prompt asking you to name the file. You can also convert the file into a PDF. If you do not tick this option, the file will be saved as an image.
