Add a Kanban board widget to your Dashboard

Learn how to manage your matters with the Kanban board widget on your dashboard. 

Use the Kanban board widget to view matters by stage and update their stages in a central location.

Getting Started

The Kanban board widget uses matter stages in order to work properly. Learn how to set up matter stages and apply them to your matters. You can also import matter stage sets into triConvey.

It also requires your triConvey Desktop App version to be on 9.3.   Refer to more details here.

Adding the widget

1.    Navigate to your Dashboard and select Customise.

2.    Select Add Dashboard.

3.    Select Productivity from the Widget Library and then select Stages KanBan Board. 
4.    Customise your Kanban Board options and then select Add. 

5.    Select Save. The Kanban board will now be on your Dashboard.

Using the Kanban board

1.    Drag and Drop the matter card to change a matter’s stage. Any update you make to the stage on the Kanban board will be reflected in the matter as well. 

2.    Click on the matter name to open the matter.
