If a staff member leaves your firm, you can quickly reassign their leads, matters, tasks, events and workflows.

Before you begin

If you designate a user as former staff, then their account will be deactivated and some data loss may occur. The user designated as former staff will also be removed from external Client Portal messages. In addition, bulk reassignments cannot be changed once executed.




Reassign former staff work

1.    Select the gear icon from the upper-right corner of the triConvey Desktop Application. 


2.    Select the Staff & Users tab. 


3.    Right-click on the former staff member and select Set as Former Staff.


4.    In the Staff Details window, use the dropdown menus to reassign the former staff member's work to other staff. 

Tip:  You can also click the blue Apply To All link to assign every category of work to a single individual.


5.    Select Continue.


6.    Select Save to exit triConvey Settings.
