There are 3 ways that you can access the Reset your password link in triConvey:


1.    Forgot your Password on the login screen;

2.    Reset your Password when already logged into the triConvey Desktop App; or

3.    Go directly to our Reset Password page.

1.    If you are trying to log in and have forgotten your Password, click on Forgot your password/Forgot Password?


2.    Proceed to reset your password.




Reset your Password when logged into the triConvey Desktop App

If you are already logged into triConvey, however, you have not got a record of your Password or would like to update/change it:


1.    Click File from the triConvey Desktop App.


2.    Select Reset Password.


3.    Proceed to reset your password.




Once you are on the Reset Password page: 


1.    Enter your email.

Tip:  This needs to be the email you use to log in.


2.    Select Submit


3.    You will receive a 6-digit code delivered to your email or the mobile number you have registered for 2FA recovery.


4.    Enter the 6-digit code into the Verification code section of the Reset Password page.

5.    Enter your new password again to confirm it. 


6.    (Optional) Tick Sign me out from all devices. We recommend doing this if you are resetting your password because your login details have been compromised. 


7.    Select Reset


8.    If not already logged in, you can now proceed to the login screen.
