There are 3 ways that you can access the Reset your password link in triConvey:


1.    Forgot your Password;

2.    Reset your Password; or

3.    Go directly to our Reset Password page.


Getting Started

If updating your password using the Reset password page, follow from step 2 of Forgot your Password instructions below.




Forgot your Password

1.    Click Forgot your password.


2.    Enter your email.

Tip:  This needs to be the email you use to log in.



3.    Select Submit.

Tip:  You will receive an email with a Verification Code. 


4.    Enter the Verification Code.


5.    Enter a new Password and then Confirm password.


6.    Select Reset.


7.    If not already logged in, you can now proceed to the log-in screen.




Reset your Password

If you are already logged into triConvey, however, you have not got a record of your Password or would like to update/ change it, simply:


1.    Click File from the triConvey Desktop App.


2.    Select Reset your Password.


3.    Enter your email.

Tip:  This needs to be the email you use to log in.



3.    Select Submit.

Tip:  You will receive an email with a Verification Code. 


4.    Enter the Verification Code.


5.    Enter a new Password and then Confirm password.


6.    Click Reset.
