Print an Intake Form

Intake forms allow for effective management of client information. If you need to print an intake form for review purposes, below is a guide to assist you in printing an intake form from triConvey.

From the triConvey Desktop App

Print a blank Intake Form

1.    From the triConvey Dashboard, navigate to File and then click on Intake Forms.

2.    Locate the form you wish to print. 

3.    Click the three-dots for the form and select Print from the dropdown.

4.    Review the print settings for the form. 

5.    Click Print.

Tip:  Options within a drop down will not appear in the printed version of the form.

Print a completed Intake Form

1.    Open a matter file.

2.    Navigate to the Files section and then open the Intake folder.

3.    Find the desired Intake Form. Double-click on the form to open it in your PDF reader application. 

4.    Print the Intake Form from your PDF reader application.

From the triConvey Web App

Print a blank Intake Form

1.    Click the gear icon from the bottom-left corner.

2.    Select Intake Forms.

2.    Locate the form you wish to print. 

3.    Click the three-dots for the form and select Print from the dropdown.

4.    Review the print settings for the form. 

5.    Click Print.

Tip:  Options within a drop down will not appear in the printed version of the form.

Print a completed Intake Form  

1.    Open a matter file.

2.    Navigate to the Documents tab and double-click the Intake folder.

3.    Find the desired Intake Form and click on it to open the preview screen. 

4.    Select the Print icon from the top-right corner of the PDF preview.

For respondents to print their Intake Form responses

When the respondent of your Intake Form completes their submission, they have the option to save a PDF copy of their form and responses. You can inform them that they are also able to print off the completed form via their PDF reader application.
