Time Related Water Access & Sewerage Adjustment (QLD)

The Water Access & Sewerage Adjustment Item appears as a Standard Item when you open a new matter.

It is set to default to: 

• the billing Period of Quarterly (Days in Quarter); and
   
• is Adjusted as Paid.

Daily 

The Daily option is available for Queensland Councils/Water Authorities that calculate Water Access and Sewerage on a per day charge (e.g. Gold Coast Council and Urban Utilities). 

When the Daily option is selected: 

• Enter the From date
   
• The To date will automatically populate with the Adjustment Date (if entered on the matter)
  
  
• Enter your per day Water Charge and Sewerage Charge
   
• Change Adjusted as Paid to Owing or Paid (if required)
