PaperCut MF is a print management platform for printers and multifunction devices (MFD). With the PaperCut MF integration, you can scan documents directly from your MFD directly to client matters in triConvey and print against an activity code and recover associated costs with ease.

Getting Started
triConvey is built on Smokeball, so when you connect a third-party app you'll be asked to authorise Smokeball, even though you're setting it up from triConvey.

How to obtain a PaperCut MF account
PaperCut MF is not sold directly to consumers - it is sold through a group of authorised partners. If you are interested in PaperCut MF simply contact your printer servicer, the company that supplies you with your copiers and MFDs. Learn more on PaperCut's website.
Connecting PaperCut MF with Cilantro
Cilantro by Taco Technologies is an authorised distributor of PaperCut MF that facilitates the connection between triConvey and PaperCut MF. Learn more about Cilantro here.

How the PaperCut MF Integration works
The integration will all be configured by your authorised print reseller. There is no need for you to configure any settings in triConvey.
Open/Pending matters are synced to PaperCut MF from triConvey every hour.
Scanning documents to triConvey
To scan a document into triConvey, select Scan on your MFD, choose the relevant matter and select Scan to Smokeball.
Printing documents from triConvey
To print documents against a triConvey matter, select Print on a document, then simply select the relevant matter in the PaperCut MF pop-up. triConvey activity codes are synced to PaperCut MF so that all disbursements are recorded correctly.
