Archie has been updated with the following refinements:

Archie now supports OpenAI GPT-5.5 and GPT-5.5 (Thinking). To use these models, navigate to Archie Settings.

You can now draft emails with Archie directly in triConvey Desktop before moving to Outlook.

This new feature allows you to generate an AI-assisted email draft using matter context, recipients, and attached documents. Once you're happy with the draft, you can continue to Outlook with the email content already filled in.

This makes email drafting faster and keeps more of your workflow inside triConvey.

How it works

You can start drafting an email with Archie from:

• Matter → Emails
• Files → Right-click file → Send → Email

When starting a new email, you can:

• Select recipients (To / Cc / Bcc)
• Attach matter documents
• Add optional instructions for Archie
• Generate an AI-assisted email draft

After the draft is generated, you can:

Review the email

• Adjust the tone, length, or writing style
• Ask Archie for additional changes
• Regenerate the draft if needed

When you're ready, click Continue to Outlook to open the Outlook compose window with:

• Recipients pre-filled
• The email draft already inserted

From there, Outlook handles formatting, attachments, signatures, and sending.

If Archie is not enabled for your firm, you can still continue to Outlook and write the email manually.  Learn more about sending emails with Archie here.

• We have restored the ability to select the LLM model you wish to use with Archie. It was temporarily unavailable as we worked on bringing Archie's agentic capabilities to other models. The following models are available: 
  • OpenAI GPT-5.2 (default) 
  • OpenAI GPT-5.2 (Thinking) 
  • OpenAI GPT-5.3 
  • OpenAI GPT-5.4 
  • Claude Opus 4.6 
  • Claude Opus 4.6 (Thinking) 
  • Claude Opus 4.7 

• Archie can now read more of the matter, including: 
  • Matter stage 
  • Matter layouts (e.g. Property Details) 
  • Read-only billing data (e.g. activity codes, bank account details, disbursements, fees, invoices). Note that Archie cannot create, modify, or delete billing records. 

• The Prompt Library now lists your firm's own prompts before triConvey-published prompts.
  
  
• Voice dictation now inserts text at your cursor position in the Archie prompt form, instead of always appending to the end.
