When a lawyer or conveyancer doesn't receive their Verification of Identity (VOI) multi-factor authentication (MFA) code by SMS, Tilly can now send it by email instead.
Give Tilly the order ID or matter reference, and she'll look up the order and send the MFA code straight to your inbox, no manual step required.
Note: This applies to the lawyer or conveyancer's own MFA access for reviewing the VOI. It doesn't cover MFA codes for the client completing their VOI.
