Updating triConvey Desktop App to current version

For the most efficient and seamless experience of the triConvey software, we recommend that updates are made frequently and when available.

When a new version of triConvey is available, you will be prompted to download it in the following areas:

Before clicking Update Now, ensure to close down all Microsoft applications such as Word, Outlook and Excel.

When accessing triConvey Settings, you can view the current and latest version details at the bottom of the window.  This will show whether you need to update triConvey or if you are up to date.
