A document or email can be deleted from a Matter however, nothing is ever permanently deleted. In just a few clicks, you can restore it to your Matter.

Getting Started

Documents and emails that are deleted in the triConvey Desktop App cannot be permanently removed. You can restore them at any time however, it is important to note that a document deleted on the triConvey Companion Site Web App cannot be restored.




triConvey Desktop App

Delete a document or email

1.    Right-click on any document or email from the Files section of a Matter and select Delete.


Restore a deleted document or email

1.    Right-click anywhere in the Files section and select Show deleted items.


2.    Locate the deleted item, right-click, and select Restore.




triConvey Companion Site Web App

Delete a document 

1.    Navigate to the Documents section of your Matter.


2.    Click on the three vertical dots icon and select Delete.
