View the status of file uploads, downloads and exports
1. Select Uploads, Downloads & Exports link to open the full list of files currently processing.
2. You can also view the status of files next to your name in the top-right corner of triConvey.
3. To check if a file has been downloaded successfully or if there are any errors, refer to the Status column.
Download files to work with them offline
triConvey has an Offline mode with limited functionality. You can access files while offline as long as they have been downloaded to your computer:
1. Either:
- right-click on the file; or
- hold the keys Ctrl + A on your keyboard to select all files.
2. Select Download.

If there are any files that have failed to upload to triConvey, the following banner will show up in the Uploads, Downloads & Exports window.
You can retry uploading individual files or clear the entire upload queue. You can also open the Conflicts folder in the matter to review them.
We recommend uploading large files to clients via Messages. Any files shared in Messages will also be available from All Files and Messages section.
