If it looks like your documents have disappeared from your matter, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
1. Navigate to the Documents section of the matter.
2. Make sure the correct filter is applied.
3. Select All Files for a comprehensive list of the documents associated with the matter.
If you are still unable to see your documents after applying the All Files filter, you may have deleted the document in error and need to restore it. If you are still unable to locate your documents, please reach out to our Support Team for additional assistance.
Checking your computer's Temp folder
Missing files can possibly be found in your computer's temp directory: Windows (C:)\Users\COMPUTER NAME\AppData\Local\Temp\smokeball.
"COMPUTER NAME" will be specific to your machine. In addition, you may need to enable hidden files and folders in your Windows settings to access AppData.
