Once a conversation has been archived, your clients will no longer be able to send new messages to the conversation via the Client Portal. However, they can see a historical log of the old messages.

Archive a conversation
1. Select the Messages tab from the triConvey Desktop.
2. Select the conversation to archive from the left menu.
3. Click on the three dots on the right-hand side of the conversation and select Archive Conversation.
All archived conversations can be viewed from the bottom of the conversation list.
Restore an archived conversation
1. Click on the archived conversation from the archived list.
2. Navigate to the bottom of the conversation and select Restore Conversation.
