Getting Started

Credit card payments can be applied to an invoice if you have Stripe enabled as your payment provider.



1.    Open your matter in the triConvey Companion Site Web App. 


2.    Select the Invoices tab and then select Add Payment.


3.    Select Credit Card from the Type dropdown menu and toggle on Take Payment Now.


4.    Use the checkboxes to select which invoices will receive payments and select Enter Payment Details.


5.    Choose a credit card or enter new credit card details and select Review.


6.    Confirm the payment amount and billing details, then select Process.
