How and when Archie file size limits apply
File size limits apply when Archie ingests files from your triConvey matter, which happens automatically when Archie is enabled or when files are added. If a file exceeds the size limit at this stage, it won't be available for Archie to reference.
For example: A matter contains an .mp4 video that is 2GB in size. This video will be skipped during ingestion, even though it was already in the documents list prior to enabling Archie.Once a file has been successfully ingested, there are no additional size restrictions when asking Archie about it.
Files ingested by Archie
The limitations below apply to files that Archie ingests when the Archie tab is opened for the first time, as well as any files uploaded to the matter after.
