When you are on the go, the triConvey Mobile App is your place for all your contacts.
There is no longer a need to sync your business contacts to your phone as everything you need is located in triConvey.

Getting Started
There may be slight variances to the App depending on whether you use an Apple or Android device.
To access contacts, tap the hamburger icon from the bottom-right corner of the screen and then tap on Contacts.

Your contacts will be listed in alphabetical order, by Last Name for individuals.
Tap on a contact's name to view details about them, or show the matters that they're associated with.
You can also use the search bar at the top of the screen to search for a particular contact.
Calling, emailing or navigating to a contact
1. To call a contact, tap on their phone number to immediately call them from your mobile device.
Tip: To send a contact an email, tap on the contact's email address. Emails sent using this method will not automatically be saved to triConvey as it is not part of the triConvey and Outlook integration.If the contact has address information, tapping on the address field will open up your device's maps app, allowing you to set directions to their address.
Add a new contact
1. Select the blue Plus icon on the bottom of the screen.

2. Select Contact.
Tip: You can only add Individual Type contacts on the mobile app. If you wish to create an Organisation Type contact or add another person onto an existing contact card, use the triConvey Desktop App.
3. Enter the contact's first name at a minimum in order to save the contact to triConvey and then click Add.
Edit an existing contact
1. Tap on a contact's name.
2. Select Edit in the top-right corner to make changes to their contact card.
Tip: You can only make edits to Individual Type contacts on the mobile app. These are denoted with a single person icon next to their name.
