When you are on the go, use the triConvey Mobile App to keep track of any time and fee entries that aren't normally captured by Activity Intelligence or AutoTime.

View existing time entries

1.    To access the Time entries, tap the blue arrow button at the bottom of the app.


2.    Tap Time under the Go To section.


3.    You'll be presented with all of today's time entries. To view other dates, tap on the date and select the date you wish to see.


4.    You can also sort time entries to only show certain staff members by selecting the filter icon on the top bar.


5.    Tap on the time entry to view more details about it.



1.    To view time entries for a specific matter, tap the blue arrow button and tap Matters.


2.    Tap on the matter from the list. Then, scroll through the horizontal menu bar and tap on Time.



Add a time entry

1.    Select the + icon on the top-right corner of the screen.


2.    You'll then be taken to the New Time Entry screen. 


3.    Enter the details of the time entry and select Add in the top-right corner.

Tip:  The Add button will be greyed out until all mandatory fields - Matter and Subject - are filled in.



Edit or delete a time entry

1.    To edit the time entry, tap on the entry from the Time screen and select Edit in the top-right corner. 

Tip:  This will open up the Edit Time Entry screen where you can make changes to the time entry.


2.    Select Save.


3.    To delete the time entry, scroll down to the bottom of the Edit Time Entry screen and select Delete Fee.
