Any action you take on triConvey's Mobile App syncs with the triConvey Desktop App and the triConvey Companion Site web app.

Getting Started
There may be slight variances in the App depending on whether you use an Apple or Android device.
The Mobile App is not a substitute for using triConvey on your desktop, as you cannot create documents. Refer to the triConvey desktop app system requirements if you are looking for a device that can run triConvey on your desktop.
Download the Mobile App
The app is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Logging into the Mobile App
When you first open the mobile app, enter your triConvey email and password to log in.
Tip: If you are having trouble logging in, make sure the region is listed as AU from the Settings icon at the bottom of the screen.

Navigating the Mobile App
Homepage
When you open the Mobile App, the Daily Digest will appear. This shows all calendar events, tasks due, and phone messages for today.
Menu
Select the hamburger (three horizontal lines) on the bottom right corner of the screen to get quick access to all features of the Mobile App.
Create New
Tap on the blue plus icon at the bottom of the screen to quickly create a new Contact, Disbursement, Event, Lead, Memo, Task, Time Entry or Timer.

Search
To search for contacts, events, leads, matters or tasks, select Search from the bottom of the app.
To narrow your search, tap on the filter icon:
and select or deselect relevant Areas to search.
