The Client Portal (formerly Communicate) is triConvey's secure messaging and file-sharing platform, designed to protect confidential client information and streamline communication.
The portal allows you to send documents, messages, event invites, and invoices from the matter screen in triConvey.
If sending something to an external party, they will receive an email invite asking them to login to see the information sent to them. The login does not require a username or password to gain access to the portal.
Once they are in, the external party will be able to see all the items sent over to them in the form of a To Do list.
