Follow this checklist to get first time Users up and running on the triConvey Desktop App and triConvey Companion Site Web App.

Getting Started

Upon account creation by your Firm Owner, you will receive an email from triConvey directing you to "Get Started" by creating your password to log in to the triConvey Desktop App.  


If you have not received the email check your junk mail and then speak to your Firm Owner to ensure that they selected Enable triConvey Access for this user at account creation.
